Tidybooks by Ola was really easy to work with. She answered our questions quickly with professionalism and with her we had nothing to worry about. My law firm had been using excel spreadsheets to keep track of our books and it became cumbersome, but she was able to seemlessly transition us to an accounting software to reduce the stress of keeping up with excel. We decided to keep her to help on a continual basis with bookeeping. She has such a great personality. I definitely recommend her!

I recently discovered a major error with my 2023 taxes that resulted in me paying out thousands of dollars in federal and state taxes in addition to hundreds of dollars to get it corrected. I also was denied funding to expand my business because of this. Along with the frequent delays in responses, I don't trust to use Ms. Ola again for my accounting needs. I would love to get a full refund for my nightmare, however, I'm sure it's not going to happen.
