- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing varies depending on the type of service we are to render. We tailor our accounting solutions to our customer needs and provide the highest quality of services. Prices depend on the complexity of the projects or services that may be required. We always advice our clients about the best value added services for their businesses and suggest the best solutions to their accounting needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Understand the client's needs 2. Set meeting with client and communicate clearly and in detail the objectives and the services to be provided to them. 3. Sign the contract with client. 4. Start the project and keep client informed at all times. 5. Meet deadlines 6. Deliver high quality services/reports to client. 7. Explain services/reports to client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 11 years of experience working in Accounting, Auditing, Process Improvements, and Taxation. I received my BBA of Accounting from Kennesaw State University and I obtained my CPA from the state of GA. I have worked with multi-billion dollar corporation, small and mid-size companies assisting them or reviewing their accounting transactions. Among those corporations include: 1. UPS 2. Crawford & Company ($1.3 Billion Global Corporation - third party administrator for insurance companies) 3. Alimera Sciences ($15mil multinational manufacturing company of pharmaceutical products) 4. Atlanta Based CPA Firm Serving Corporations with revenues from $1mil to $500mil -Accounting Solutions 5. Fusion Telecommunication International - ($150mil Telecommunications Company) Due to my extensive training and experience and many areas of accounting, I integrate all my experience to deliver high quality accounting solutions to my clients. I understand the services and deliver to the needs and expectations.
