- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All initial phone discussions (10-20 mins) are Free. All initial meetings or additional phone discussions (30-45 mins) - a flat $100 fee. All further meetings or work are at a jointly agreed cost. No surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone - I get a sense of you and your needs. Initial face to face meeting - I improve my analysis/understanding of your situation, and your goals. We then agree to the result(s) needed, scope of work, cost, and timeline. I email you a formalized quote You sign & return - I begin work per our agreed timeline. I regularly communicate with you as to progress, findings, obstacles, and timeline. Again, no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a retired senior executive from the insurance and banking domain - having lead teams of 5, business units of 25, and offices of 95 for regional and national firms, for more than 25 years. Risk, Insurance and Finance transactions, contracts, negotiations and operations has been my life.
