Hassan was able to come over quickly to fix my problem. He came in and was able to pinpoint exactly what was going on and showed it to me before completing any work. He gave me a very fair price for all the work that he did...he does not seem to be like those people who are just trying to get money out of you...he seems to genuinely care. Him and his employee were both very nice and professional. I will call on them again if I have any other air conditioning issues and have already passed his information on to my family and friends.

Hassan exceeded my expectations !! My condo is extremely old and other professionals that came to see the problem didn't want to work on it but Hassan was optimistic from the beginning and went above and beyond until he fixed my air conditioning that hasn't been working in over a year !
He came and replaced the motor the very next day after I hired him and even went back the next day to fix more things . His price was very reasonable too and he was extremely reliable . I left the condo unlocked for him and he finished the job like a pro!
Don't hesitate to hire him! You won't be disappointed !

COOLMAX AIR did an excellent job of replacing my two air conditioning units. They were punctual, tidy (wore shoe coverings in the house) and accommodating to my schedule. The new units are working well. We are satisfied with Hassan’s level of professionalism and skill at getting the job done right.

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit blowing hot air. Hassan stated he would do a free diagnostic and arrived on time. When Hassan arrived, he was very polite and professional. He did EXACTLY what he said he was going to do and checked the capacitor, and several other portions to isolate the problem. He located the issue, which was a connection, and fixed the problem within minutes. Hassan showed me the reading on the capacitor for instance, and stated that it was still functioning properly. I will definitely use him in the future if I have any issues, and I would strongly encourage you to use him as well. It's extremely difficult to find honest people who will not try to sell you something you don't need. Hassan will be my first call next time for sure!
