After a lightning strike fried the control panel to my furnace, I needed help ASAP with replacement. New Level called me back immediately and told me what parts I would need and the cost to replace them. They sent Dustin out the same day and he quickly diagnosed the issue and found another and was able to replace both parts that day to get my furnace (and my AC as a result) up and running. The cost was transparent and Dustin even worked with me to find ways to save me money as well as ensure my system was properly serviced. I went ahead and signed up for their maintenance/service plan as well, because I was in need of one and the value was great. Thank you so much Dustin and New Level Mechanical!

Dustin was awesome called at 5:36 got a response less than 10 minutes came out the same day within 4 hours and fixed my A/C also has a great affordable plan for air filters

Dustin (with New level Mechanical) was reviewed on Nextdoor multiple times. So I decided to call his company. So happy I did!! He immediately answered my call and was able to come to the house on the same day!! My air conditioning was blowing warm air. He worked in the pouring rain to get my unit up and running, and did it with a smile. The price for the job was extremely reasonable! Thanks to Dustin, my house is cold again.

If I could give more than five stars I would. Dustin went above and beyond for us. We have been without air conditioning for six weeks, fighting with our warranty company to send a contractor. Dustin not only came on a holiday weekend, but he drove over an hour to get the part required so we wouldn’t be without ac another day. He is absolutely amazing and I can not say enough about his quality of work. He gave me a quote over the phone and did not charge a penny above that. I will definitely be sharing his information with my friends. Dustin I can not thank you enough for going the extra mile for my family.
