Javarius did an excellent job cutting a concrete wall at my property. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very organized throughout the process. The work was done carefully and precisely, and the cuts came out exactly as needed for the project.
What I appreciated most was how well he communicated and coordinated with another contractor on site who was installing a steel beam. That kind of professionalism makes a big difference during construction projects.
He also cut the removed concrete slab in a way that created large landscaping blocks, which I can now reuse in the garden. This was a great bonus.
Overall, I’m very happy with the work and the experience. I highly recommend Javarius if you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and takes pride in doing the job right.

Jay and his team did a great job on our patio! The work was done professionally and his team was fantastic. We like the work they did so much that we and are already planning our next project soon! Jay was fantastic to work with. He came out to evaluate the situation and provide a quote and was able to complete the project quickly, exactly as we had discussed. We had an old pond structure in our yard that had become a safety hazard and needed to be filled in. Unfortunately, the concrete structure extended about a foot above ground level and needed to be demolished to actually be removed. It was a bit of an unusual request, but he talked through the different options and the best way to approach things to make the outcome the way we envisioned it. He was mindful of the existing landscape to ensure we wouldn't have future issues with erosion, particularly with the rear of the structure that I had not considered we would need to keep as a retaining wall, but very glad he thought of this. Jay completed the project thoughtfully and left it exactly as we discussed so we can fill in the space and DIY the last few steps ourselves. Very happy with the results and look forward to reclaiming this portion of our yard!

The best concrete service in Atlanta. I reached out to a couple people, he was the most responsive, polite and had affordable rates. He also came by to inspect and quote the space before coming out to do the project- and the other companies didn’t they only asked for pics. He takes the time to make sure he gets the job right and they’re extremely professional, knowledgeable and the quality of the work is excellent. We have already decided to use him again in the future for more projects. Highly recommend!

I am a GC (HJA Construction) and we needed to plumb for a new bathroom in a basement. We had the concrete cut out and after inspections we needed the new concrete and rebar dowels placed. We went with them and now won't use anyone else. Hit my tight schedule, did a great job, and cleaned up well behind himself. Highly recommend.
