- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a $50 estimate fee but waive this fee if hired. We are very open with communication and are flexible with our customers budget. We strive to offer you the best service at an acceptable rate for all parties involved. As long as there is effective communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to sit down with my clients to get a better understanding of their likes and dislikes as well as help make a blueprint of their vision. In person estimates are always needed in my opinion. It helps all of us involved get a good idea of what is to be done with no misunderstandings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Trained in industrial electricity Trained in residential electricity Trained in General Carpentry and Plumbing.
