- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with clear communication. I review project details and photos through Thumbtack to provide an accurate estimate. Once on-site, I conduct a safety inspection before starting work. After completion, I test every fixture and outlet in front of the customer to ensure 100% satisfaction and safety. I leave every workspace cleaner than I found it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of hands-on technical training and experience. I am highly proficient in the current NEC code requirements and safety protocols. My two years of direct experience with US electrical companies has refined my skills in American residential standards, smart home integrations, and high-efficiency lighting systems.
