- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer competitive pricing. We are transparent about costs and will not mislead you regarding the price to secure the job. We believe that every project is unique, and therefore our pricing is determined by various factors specific to the job. When we agree on a price, there are no hidden fees; what we agree upon will be the final price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, on bigger projects, we will visit the property to assess the scope of the job, discuss the client's needs, and formulate a proposal. Once the proposal is agreed upon, the client pays half upfront, we proceed to order parts, and finalize a start date for the project. Upon completion of the project, the remaining balance is due. For smaller jobs, we communicate with the client over the phone to gather details, agree on a completion date, and payment is due upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a four-year degree in electrical work, accompanied by our tradesman license in electrical.
