Its typically broken up into two payments 1) Retainer fee: due upon signing and 2) the final payment: typically due on the date of the shoot. For weddings, its due 1 week before the wedding.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We hop on a quick phone call to discuss your needs, I'll share pricing, and if you're ready to go, I'll send the agreement. We'll do a pre-shoot call to ensure we're ready for the big day
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for my church's media team for 5 years and invested hundreds of dollars into online education through Udemy and Creative Live courses on photography, photojournalism (Kristen Lewis), and color grading.
