- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing model is extremely flexible on a few factors. We quote events based on travel, people in attendance, hours needed, and other factors such as current discounts and promotions! Check out our website for promotions being currently offered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally speaking the process is 100% up to the clients needs and the type of event. Typically we have a brief phone "interview" to determine the clients needs and work forward from there whether that is having follow up meetings over coffee or on-location before the shoot! Our #1 priority is making sure the customer feels comfortable with us on the day of their shoot because that will make the session smooth and fun!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with customers from all backgrounds. We love working with clients that are fun and outgoing, but we definitely have a secret method for getting the more anxious clients out of their shells!
