I requested for a fence/gate contractor. M&M quickly responded to the request. His first estimate based on the information was the top price from the list, $15 per foot and $100 gate. However, his real time estimate at the house was the same as original since he needs to cut off fence on one side and both fronts. It was a little higher than others. I selected him for immediate work schedule. He worked fast and communicated through work. He and his partner completed the 250 ft standard privacy wood fence with one 4 ft gate in two and a half days. He also stabilize the neighbor's gate. The fence looks nice and quality.
