Good experience, new to the area so reached out via Thumbtack to this company. Very quick to respond with a price, came out to do the job within a week, very quick and efficient. We had a great experience working with Chaila and her team on our 2 (100 yr old) chimneys. We had a leak coming from one of the chimneys and Chaila recommended new rain pains and flashing and mortar repairs. She was incredibly easy to communicate with through email, kept to the schedule she provided and was on time to that schedule. All the members of her crew were really kind and thoroughly explained the answers to all my questions. Chaila is a boss and knows her stuff! We will absolutely hire this company again for all our chimney maintenance! Photos show a before and after of the new rain pan and flashing on 1 of the chimneys.
