- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of my rates are on my website, on the Rates page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a reimbursement of the cost of a single initial introductory lesson to all prospective new students (one per family), if you purchase a package of lessons within three days of the intro lesson. So everyone who buys a package gets a free intro lesson, provided they purchase their first package within three days of their initial lesson.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied music education at Abilene Christian University.
