Silva from Afw Remodelling took customer service to the next level. I had a very bad floor damage as my HVAC had leaked underneath the previous floor and I was very concerned. Silva responded within seconds to my request, and was at my place before 9am the next day. He expertly took measurements and gave me the most competitive estimate I had seen in the market. The icing on the cake was when he actually started the work and found out that there had been some rotting of the wood in the damaged places...which took him and his team about 3 more hours to remove than he had actually anticipated. He and his team happily took on this extra work without complaint just so the new floor wouldn't have any bumps. This exceeded my expectations so much. The finished work was level and perfect. I am giving him a good tip over and above what we agreed...cos this guy is the real deal!

I had a great experience working with AFW. They came the same day to give an estimate which was very reasonable. I thought I had some time to wait to start the project but it turns out I did not! A few weeks later when my staircase caved in they were there to assist me asap! The work was amazing and the team was very kind and professional. I am using this company for more projects in my home!
