Matt and his team did a full, extensive bathroom remodel for me. They took the space down to the studs, replaced everything, updated the plumbing, and even repaired significant water damage. I had a great experience working with AFW. They came the same day to give an estimate which was very reasonable. I thought I had some time to wait to start the project but it turns out I did not! A few weeks later when my staircase caved in they were there to assist me asap! The work was amazing and the team was very kind and professional. I am using this company for more projects in my home!

Be accountable for mistakes made! After several attempts to get plumbing issues corrected, all Matt has done is continued to promise to fix just to be a no show! I would never use them again. I thought the issue that I addressed to AFW in particular Matt would be resolved or at least addressed in a timely manner. Let me make it clear AFW did a GOOD JOB with the remodeling, some things were promised but were not done but I didn't make it an issue because it wasnt major. It was a TOTAL remodel, PLUMBING included. Matt has always been polite and respectful. Initially, I wanted this company to do other major remodeling projects, if happy with kitchen completion, but I found that the important things such as accountability and communication did not aligned with fixing problems. After my kitchen was done, I was guaranteed in writing, that any issues, problems that arose, he would fix. I recently initiated an unrelated service such as pressure washing my house. The technician tried to turn on the hose bib directly outside the kitchen wall and it would not turn. As I later found out is connected to my kitchen pipes. I immediately notified Matt because I initially didnt know what was wrong. He promised to come out and look. I waited approximately 3 weeks and I AGAIN notified him and he gave me a date he would come out. Before that date, I had a plumber to come just to look because I wanted to see if it was a contracting problem. Matt NEVER showed up, DIDN'T call, DIDN'T even text. I changed my work schedule to accomodate our agreed upon appoitment. To say the least, I was disappointed because this had been a previous problem, and I ask him to respect my time just as I respected his. I notified him 2 days after even though he had not even contacted me. I understand unavoidable situations happened, but he didn't contact me until after I text to address my disappointment. I wrote my rating because I have a problem and it was not taken seriously. The problem is still a PROBLEM!! My kitchen was a total remodel, and overall they did a good job, but remodeling involves everything..it can look great on the outside and have hidden problems. Unfortunately mine is a plumbing problem that prevents me from using my outside water spout. My rating is based on OVERALL experience and what I perceive as TOTAL SATISFACTION. The rating question is "how can AFW improve the future?" My ANSWER: Taking accountability for mistakes made and being committed in getting it resolved IS CRITICAL because problems happen, its how they are handled and unfortunately and saddens me that I would not use them again.
