Carlos of Bachmann Floors was an absolute pleasure to work with along with the entire team. I am not the easiest client to please when it comes to expectations and desired outcomes, however, Carlos and his staff surpassed my expectations regarding my flooring. The quality and care that was placed in every aspect of their services was amazing. Carlos was responsive and communicated along the entire process. The team arrived in a timely manner daily and work tirelessly to ensure deadlines were met. They were great at cleaning throughout the process which allowed me to maneuver through the home while servi es were rendered. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. If ever in need of flooring services theyvwill definitely be my first and only choice. Great job team...I look forward to sending you referrals.
