My pricing is fair and based on the scope of work, materials, and condition of the floor. I provide clear and detailed estimates with no hidden fees. Discounts may be available depending on the size of the project. My goal is to offer quality work at a reasonable price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with understanding the customer’s needs and reviewing the space. I usually ask for photos or schedule an on-site visit to provide an accurate estimate. Then, I explain the options, materials, and timeline. Once everything is approved, I schedule the job and complete the work with attention to detail, keeping the customer informed throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of hands-on experience in the flooring industry. My training comes from working directly in the field, learning proper installation, repair, and refinishing techniques for hardwood, laminate, LVP, and engineered floors. I stay updated with best practices to ensure high-quality and long-lasting results.
