- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple. No consultation fees! I do not want to overcharge anyone! I price all my shades, blinds, and shutters to be competitive with the marketplace. Yes, there are 'cheaper' rendetions online, but to me, that is a risk you take - not knowing the product's quality and quarantees. All my clients say they woulde prefer to work with a real person. That way they can ask questions and since my products are all "made from scratch" here in Atlanta, I have great warranty's! If I drive over 25 miles one way, I charge an additional $25 round trip for my gas/wear and tear on car. After the consult I will email you the price to get your project completed and a time line of completion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with them to introduce myself, show them samples, and measure windows. I will email a quote to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I continually do webinars and occassional window treatment and design conventions.
