- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is simple: If you do not win case, you do not pay. My fee for workers' compensation cases is 25%.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, as a member of the State Bar of Georgia, I participate in 12 hours of Continuing Legal Education each year. I also regularly speak at seminars to educate other lawyers and legal professionals.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Many of our clients have severe injuries to their spines, shoulders, knees, and even amputations and paralysis. It is critical that I secure competent and effective medical treatment for them. Severe injuries can also prevent an employee from being able to perform their job duties and so, I ensure that our clients are fairly and accurately compensated. In the event of an unresolved issue in any type of claim, I do not hesitate to file suit/file a Request for Hearing to protect the interests of my clients.
