Brent’s service was absolutely fantastic. For starters, he is extremely affordable, responsive, and flexible and will work with you! That’s a major plus. He also went above and beyond on my locks. I am 8 months pregnant, trying to get a lot done in my home that I am rehabbing. Brent noticed little things here or there and was kind enough to fix them for me without me asking! Brent did an amazing job when I was in urgent need. He was quick to respond, arrived exactly when he said he would, and friendly & professional. He definitely knows what he's doing - as our lock issue was not very apparent, but he knew exactly what the problem was and not only solved it (in impressive time), but also gave recommendations on how to improve our locks to avoid future issues. I met with Brent today for re keying of several locks for a new move in. I mistakenly told him 4 and was quoted for that. Turns out that there were many more(at least 12). He told me what the price should have been for all of those locks but gave me a discounted price because there was such a vast difference for quoted vs actual( my fault). His reason..." he said he didn't want it to seem like there was a bait n switch. He did an excellent job. Quality work and great prices.
