After my wonky rear locking doorknob bit the dust, I decided to look into upgrading the lock there and in the front. Brent replaced my rear knob with a better one, added a deadbolt for more security, changed my front to a keypad lock, and rekeyed it to match my rear door. This simplified my life! We messaged back and forth a few times. He was very responsive, and figured out what exactly what I needed. He showed up at the appointed time, did a great job, explained everything to me, and proceeded to give me some advice on my old inside glass doorknob. Would hire again. 10 out of 10! I'm a Facilities Planner and work with service vendors frequently. I wish they were all as professional as Brent!
