Alex did an outstanding job from start to finish. He took the time to thoroughly explain how all of our new locks worked, especially the digital lock, making sure we felt comfortable using every feature before he left.
He also went above and beyond by providing us with a military discount, which we truly appreciated. Instead of charging us to replace the crawl space lock, he was honest enough to let us know it didn’t need replacing. He simply repaired the existing lock, rekeyed it, and saved us unnecessary expense. That level of honesty and integrity is hard to find.
When we realized batteries were needed to complete the digital lockinstallation, Alex didn’t hesitate. He went to Home Depot to pick them up and returned to finish the job without any inconvenience to us. His responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made the entire experience exceptional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Many companies have a service charge to cover gas and mileage. Ours is a $29.00 charge for coming out to the location. There is also a diagnostic fee of $50.00 usually waived if hired
