FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We prefer to price our services on a flat fee basis, rather than hourly. This removes the client from the risk entailed in how long a task requires, over which they have no control. We feel that hourly pricing penalizes the client for the service provider's lack of expertise or speed. This pricing model requires that we develop a clear, precise statement of what work will be provided, allowing the client to receive specific value for a specific price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a structured, repeatable process to discover the business goals of the client, determine the needs of the audience, and map a solution that fits those needs. From that basis we develop a project that takes us from conception to launch. Since each client is unique we structure each project around the resources the client will provide and what they will be asking us to provide. We help our clients to be as self-sufficient as they are comfortable with, while also offering ongoing management services for those clients who require it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our background spans software development and business management. We combine these two areas of expertise to provide solutions that are not only technically sound, but also focus on addressing actual business problems. We have background in development and implementation of Customer Relationship Management systems, sales training development, website and online application development.
