- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing generally falls into these categories: 1. Hourly pricing for website maintenance, troubleshooting, SSL certificate integration and related "one time" services with limited scope-of-work. 2. Monthly pricing for internet marketing services and programs. 3. Fixed cost pricing for a defined scope-of-work to complete a more complicated set of services such as website design and development. *** We offer very competitive rates for professional work. We are not "cheap" "inexpensive" or priced like unreliable freelancers found on Craigslist. ***
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to have an informal interview process to determine if our companies are a good fit. With mutual agreement to move forward, we complete a discovery process to understand the client organization including objectives, obstacles, advantages and recent history on their marketing efforts. With a good understanding of the clients situation and needs we prepare and present a formal proposal. Upon acceptance the new client account is set-up in our work flow system, and introduced to the team members with whom they will be working. The actual process varies depending on the nature and duration of the services to be provided.
