This was a great experience with Dilemma Contracting and I will be hiring them again. First, the quality of the work was exceptional...and a great value for the money. Second, he was great at communicating. We had a delay because materials arrived late; he kept me posted and worked around the issue where possible. Finally, he and his crew were friendly and explained and consulted with me throughout the project. Highly recommend....

We would highly recommend Duwan and his company. He built a beautiful new 17x26 concrete patio under our deck, edged with a stone border and installed stone steps leading from our existing deck steps to the patio. He also extended an existing retaining wall by the new steps and extended our driveway eight feet. He offered the best price when other contractors considered our job too small to bother with. He is professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy and easy to work with. He always addressed our questions along the way. We love how the project turned out. You won't regret hiring him for your home improvements.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting the customer and listening to their vision of the project. Usually I will add my expertise opinion to the conversation. After an agreement with the project requirements and price I will usually draw up the contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a lot of training being around it for 20 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We come from a family of contractors and this is a family owned business so we have always been involved with contracting work.
