Introduction: I am a board-certified, registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist. I guide individuals on a wide range of nutrition-related issues including general wellness, weight management, heart disease, gastrointestinal disorders and diabetes management. I understand that it takes effort to create a new, healthier lifestyle, but I know that the rewards are enormous from my own personal experience.
