Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I touch on this in a separate question. Allow me to expound here...... Bruce Lee made a statement that has forever stuck with me. He said that water takes the shape of whatever it is put in. He advised that we be water. In my time in the fitness industry I have watched trainers and coaches work hard to stick everyone into a label or force them to move or work the same way as the person next to them. I absolutely believe this to e wrong. As you are an individual you must be allowed to move, work, lift, run, jump and in all ways operate as the unique and amazing individual that you are. My approach is to have no preconceived ideas about who you should become. I only take what your body gives me and work from there. This allows me a unique perspective on coaching giving me results that clients can see and feel in minutes. I have taken the time over the years to educate myself through formal education and studying under more advanced coaches to learn different viewpoints and gather insight into coaching others. I believe an individual should be able to achieve certain minimum standards with their body before moving on to other more advanced moments. This is where the name GROUND WORK THEORY came from. I believe you must lay a proper foundation before you progress on. Hopefully this answers your questions and doesn't create more :)

Matt is a true, and passionate professional when it comes to personal fitness. He is dedicated to correcting bad form, and diligent in his corrective instruction. In working with Matt for 5 minutes he was able to correct my bad form and hand position on the bar and help me to more substantial gains quicker. My strength has improved overall, and I have found a true resource for fitness, and a friend in Matt.
