I worked with Luke to get my roof replaced he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was very patient and helped us through the whole insurance claim process. Even my insurance agent mentioned how professional and cordial Luke was. Every aspect of the roof replacement process was fully explained prior to them showing up on site, so we knew exactly what to expect the day of which made things much easier. Our roof was replaced in a single day and looks great. We would definitely recommend them for any roofing inspections, replacements or repairs.

A few weeks ago I had my roof replaced by Emerson Home Services, Lauren was the Rep that assisted me. Lauren was very helpful, answered all of my questions and walked me through the process, she told me what to expect, she stayed in touch with the insurance company and advocated on my behalf. Lauren returned my calls and texts promptly and checked in daily while the workers were here. The quality of the work was exceptional, they cleaned up amazingly well.
