FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the condition of the roof and the scope of work needed. We provide clear, documented inspections so you understand exactly what’s going on before any recommendations are made. If a repair is all that’s needed, we’ll tell you. If it’s something larger, we’ll walk you through the options and costs so you can make an informed decision. Our focus is on giving you the right solution, not just the lowest number.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We keep the process simple and transparent. It starts with a scheduled inspection where we assess the roof and take detailed photos of any areas of concern. After that, we walk you through what we found, show you the photos, and explain whether it’s a repair, maintenance item, or something more significant. If work is needed, we provide a clear estimate and go over your options so you can make an informed decision. If everything looks good, we’ll let you know that too. Our goal is to give you clarity first, then help you move forward with the right solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is trained in residential roofing systems, installation standards, and storm damage assessment. We stay current with manufacturer guidelines and local building codes to ensure everything is installed properly and up to standard. We also follow Owens Corning’s installation and warranty standards, which helps ensure the roof system is installed correctly and qualifies for full warranty coverage. In addition to formal training, a big part of what we do comes from hands-on experience—inspecting roofs, identifying issues, and helping homeowners understand what’s actually going on. That combination allows us to give accurate recommendations and avoid unnecessary work.
