Outstanding from start to finish. After 3 roofers who "fixed" the problem - Metro came in id'd the real problems and made the needed repairs better than when first built. Thanks Metro and all Your Team members - sales, office staff and on-site repair persons.

Mr. Wheeler is very professional, thorough and fair. I've referred them to several people and they've already completed one job. He took lots of before and after pictures. I was told that I needed a new roof, but actually only needed minor repairs and some roof maintenance. The cost to do that was thousands of dollars less than I was quoted for a new roof that I didn't need. Their work is guaranteed for 2 years.

Greg was very knowledgable and took the time to explain the process. The crew came, did a great job, went above and beyond what was expected, and left my house clear of debris, nails and trash. I highly recommend Metro Home Improvement.

Metro had to remove two layers of roofing before replacing the roof with an architectural roof. They arrived a day earlier than scheduled, and prepositioned both the roofing material and the trash container. They setup strong vinyl, storm resembling sheets on the ground to catch the old roofing material. Roofing was finished the next day, and the dumpster and excess roofing was removed within a couple of days. As far as I can tell, did a good job on the roof. They had to replace 9 boards on the roof. The roof's color turned out much darker than it looked like on the sample; I wanted to have a lighter colored roof because of energy concerns; the salesperson was more attuned to how the roof looked and blended with the rest of the house. Also was not attuned to going green. He offered a discount if I signed the day of the estimate. Probably in future customers best interest to go though all estimates first before making a decision. Some may offer better deals on board replacements.

Hi! Mr. Andrew Y, We strive for 110% client satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with you. A quick note regarding the unknown amount of rotted wood and metal scraps we found. During the construction tear off of two layers, we found that the previous roofer had upgraded you to ridge vents, but had not used wood sheathing to fill in the preexisting holes from the 6 box vents. So, we encountered rotted wood around the edge and scrap metal panels as a result. However, as a professional we have to comply with building codes and manufacture spec's and install wood. This is required for nail hold, for the new heavy weight Arch. shingles. We have to charge for this wood. We don't use a bait and switch approach of telling the client we will give 2 of 3 pieces for FREE, yet never replace any, no matter how much rot there is. We have come behind allot of former Roofers, who leave the wood rot there. Why would they work for FREE? As part of our professional approach we are here to exceed our clients expectations, by satisfying you for life, with No call backs. Thank you for your business. Enjoy your new roof.

Greg McManus is fully qualified and experienced to manage home improvements. When hail damaged my home's roof, he acted as the go-between with my insurance and home mortage holder to get a new roof and window trim for my home and my only expense was the insurance deductible. His construction team was efficient and thorough. I can refer him and his work without reservation. Sandra M.
