Everyone that I had the pleasure to speak with and/or meet with were totally professional. From the first email and phone call with Beth, to the consultation meeting with Rob, and the install by Scott and Martin, the experience was exceptional. The workmanship was second to none; my family is grateful for the opportunity to have selected such a professional organization.

They were good knowledgeable and nice professional people, I asked a lot of questions and had a lot of concerns before deciding which was the best route for me to take for my septic tank repair . They also gave me lots of information on how to upkeep my new septic tank system that they installed. I was told that Rid-X was not good to put into a septic tank system because it would liquefy the solids that were in it to the waste tank and plug up the fill lines.
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We begin solving your problem with a Free Estimate. We don't believe its fair to start charging you before we know what the project entails. Once we have determined what is causing the issue, we can provide you with options (usually 2-3 estimates) that fit your budget and can fix your septic system as temporary or as permanently as you want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our dispatchers are friendly, knowledgeable, and can book an appointment for you at any time of the day. You'll receive a booking confirmation text or email that verifies the time and day of your appointment, and when our technicians are dispatched to you, you'll receive another text or email that provides GPS Tracking, so that you can see exactly when they will arrive! Our technicians carry iPads and they can conveniently show you a library of pictures and videos of past projects, proposed services, and more... and they will provide your Free Estimate using that as well. They capture your signature using your fingertip, for authorizations. We have carefully researched the best methods to make the process as easy for our clients as possible!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Rob, the president of SepticRooter,™ began researching septic systems in 2008 during his career at the University of Georgia, after the system at his home repeatedly failed. Septic contractors only gave temporary fixes, and the problems lingered on. He successfully reconstructed his plumbing and septic system with the help of some friends, and he bought his first septic truck, Sweaty Betty, a 1975 Ford F-600 with a box tank.
Since then, Rob has built a reputation for SepticRooter™ as the leader in providing long-term solutions to septic system failure.... the first time.
