Jeff, the owner of the company, came out personally to provide an estimate for a walk-in shower. Let me just say that his presence and kindness were refreshing. He was very professional, provided an excellent presentation of his offerings, and was very patient, not pushy or pressure oriented. He also worked through the financial logistics of the potential job by providing finance options. Great experience with Palmetto Bath. We had met with one of the big companies advertised on TV before, and it felt very high-pressure.Working with Jeff was the opposite. He was knowledgeable, consultative and never made us feel rushed. It was refreshing to have such a straight forward, no pressure experience. Highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Because every space is different, we find it helpful to start with a short phone call to understand your project goals. Next, one of our experienced design consultants will visit your home to review your space in detail, go over design options, and give you a quote on the spot. We bring the showroom to you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has over 20 years experience in the bathroom remodeling space. Our jobs are all completed by certified employee installers - never subcontractors.
