I was impressed with Luiz the first time I contacted LR Tile. I found Luiz well spoken, polite and highly experienced individual. His experience in Tile Layout Design and Tile Installation was remarkable, extensive and value for money. I immediately decided to hire him for my Master Bathroom Shower Remodel Project. He specified the material required for the project up front. He did the shower demolition, preparation, layout and perfect installation of large format porcelain tiles required for Remodel Shower. The Shower Remodel Luiz provided was above and beyond expectations.

I would highly recommend them. I used them in January and work was exceptional. Everything looked great. I recently had them back to lay the same floor. They arrived right on time. They prepped the floor and then laid the additional room floor. Very quick and then placed everything back in place. Everything looks wonderful!!!

Luiz did excellent work on large format tile (36”x36”), perfectly square and level, looks perfect… and excellent value, took a tad longer than expected, but well worth it for the quality and value! Highly recommend. Already planning to use him for my next tile job…

I provide free, transparent estimates and strive to offer the best value in Atlanta. My pricing is fair and reasonable—often more competitive than larger companies because I do the work myself. I believe in "no-surprises" billing; the quote I give you is what you pay. For larger projects, like full bathroom remodels or whole-home flooring, I am happy to discuss multi-area discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a quick conversation about your vision and the type of tile you've chosen. I then provide an on-site consultation to take exact measurements and assess the subfloor or walls. Once we agree on a plan, I start the job early, clean up thoroughly every single day, and finish exactly when promised. I am hyper-focused on communication, so you are never left wondering about the status of your project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My 15+ years of training come from high-end residential and commercial job sites where perfection was the only acceptable result. I am an expert in waterproofing systems (essential for showers), subfloor preparation, and the technical requirements of different materials like marble, travertine, and modern porcelain.
