- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our initial consultations are free. We only start work after an initial deposit which comes after the estimate from the consultation. Our prices reflect our attention to detail and quality of our work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with a free in-home consultation. Then build a proposal/estimate based on the consultation before starting work. After the estimate is approved we will start work after an initial deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have product training from the various manufacturers we use. We also have many years of training and experience from prior positions we have held with various technology and services companies.
