- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will be based on difficulty, materials and the hours that I will take to complete job. We offers discounts and we charge a trip charge of $55 dollars to inspect call and we will waive it with repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I inspect plumbing issue given by customer and then I offer customer to do a thorough plumbing inspection such as water pressure and visually inspect water fixtures and water, drain and gas piping with water heater. As I perform my plumbing inspection I educate customer about plumbing issues found at home. After finishing plumbing inspection, I provide estimates for plumbing repairs ranging from bandaid repair to top plumbing upgrades and bringing all plumbing issues up to code. All my work includes a year labor and parts warranty.
