He is amazing! The owner Scott. He is so kind and is very reasonable. I promise you wont regret it if you use him for you flooring needs. He also has a cleaning crew to go in and clean houses to get move in ready for new tenant moving in and also reg cleaning. His cleaning lady is absolutely amazing! He also has a painting crew thats amazing. And if he cant fix it.....he prob knows someone he can refer u to. O love that its a Christian based company. The secretary in office is absolutely the sweetest lady and so kind and helpful.I know once you use him.......you will always call him back for any other needs. And yoi will want to tell all your friends about this amazing business!

Questionable customer service. Purchased carpet Oct. 2019 for entire house, both levels. I noticed premature wear of carpet in the last 4 months. It appears to be matted with a path in high traffic areas. I live alone and do not wear shoes indoors. No reason for premature wear other than installment technique and/or bad carpet role. I waited 4 months as observation period before contacting company. Scott came out and observed premature wear and noted he would file a claim with his distributor. I explained I would hold him responsible for replacement and he can dispute with his distributor. After calling for for an update, his clerk called to mention a warranty requirement of getting carpet cleaned within 12-18 months. It has not been 18 months, 16 months thus far. As a note, I did not receive warranty information during the time of purchase but clearly understood a 10 year carpet should not wear within 15 months (as of the the time of call). It's interesting now that there is an obvious and valid complaint, they mention warranty. Well, dirty carpet is not the issue, it's the wear. The carpet along with my entire house is spotless. It's disappointing that they focus on cleaning the carpet in lieu of the premature wear, as he has acknowledged. Finding creative reasons not to remedy an issue is despicable and it speaks to character.In summary, it's important to extend good customer service even after services have been rendered. If there is an issue, be quick and happy to resolve, certainly in situations where you agree there is a problem. To create reasons not to resolve is an integrity issue.

***CLAIM WAS SUBMITTED, APPROVED BY MANUFACTURER AND THE FLOORING REPLACED EXPEDIENTLY. Ma’am, we can only reiterate to you (now publicly) that when we submitted the claim to the manufacturer for you once you came to us that they said a cleaning was required due to matting. Upon your refusal of this there’s nothing more we can do. We made sure you knew the warranty upon purchase as you quoted knowing how many years. It’s also listed online. Claims are very, very rare and we are sorry you are not satisfied with their product. We have to go with what the manufacturer decides and they require the cleaning. Though it has been 16 months, a cleaning (which would hopefully relieve the matting issue) can still be done since you have up to 18 months to do so. No one said your home or carpets were dirty, just that a cleaning would be required from the manufacture. Cleanings help with matting.
