#LATEPOSTI purchased my first home which was tenant occupied and needed someone to clean once the tenants vacated the home to prepare for my moving in. I found this company through Angie's List and was contacted right away. This was the 3rd of 3 cleaning services that I spoke with. Brandis called and was extremely informative on explaining how his services worked. I started following the company on Instagram and luckily won a raffle later..... On my scheduled cleaning day Brandis and his team arrived about 15 mins before their scheduled start time (it's not everyday that you see the boss work with his workers). They came in and went right to work. Due to the lack of care of the home prior to my purchase his team worked an all day shift. Brandis' wife Kesha made sure to check in to see how things were going during the visit. Words are not enough to describe how immaculate my new house was once they finished not to mention how great it smelled. (I felt so bad given the hard work the team put in but they continued to work with no complaints)..... Your Clean Break is an AMAZING cleaning service!!! From the owners, to the workers, to the service itself. I would give 10 if I could!!! Well worth the price!!!!! Very friendly and professional!!! Planning to continue using their services moving forward!!!

My husband and I have been going through chemo treatments for the past few years trying to win the battle against the cancers we are both fighting. So my home was pretty dirty by my standards. I have not dusted the entire house in a long time, not to mention ceiling fans and baseboards. I have managed to keep the bathrooms and kitchen fairly clean but I have hardwood floors throughout which needed to be vacuumed and mopped.First let me say that the staff that came, Kesha and Charles were prompt, courteous and professional. I gave them them the walk through and they got started upstairs. After they finished the upstairs I went up there to use the bathroom so as not to disturb them. The bathroom floor was still dirty around the toilet and bathtub. I let Kesha know and she sent Charles back upstairs to redo. I have to say here that I was not feeling well at all that day and spent most of my day outside to stay out of the flying dust and their way. They finished shortly after lunch and I did a quick walk through with them. The first thing I noticed was the vent hood over the stove still had dust and I asked them if they were going to clean it. They responded if I wanted it done they would. That should have put up a red flag for me to really do a thorough check but I just didnt feel well. I will say that the windows, trim and baseboards looked great! The next day was much better for me and upon checking each room I could not see how they thought it was a deep clean. The half bath the mirror wasnt dusted nor the lights above the mirror, cob webs in the corners and the rug was put back down without being vacuumed. Toilet paper holder was dusted but not the towel bars. The kitchen seemed good until I looked at the cabinetssome were wiped down but most were not. I doubt the rugs were shook before being put down. In the master bedroom the TOPS of the furniture was dusted but not the front or sides. Lamps were not dusted including the shades. I really couldnt tell if the room had been vacuumed or not. I had cleaned the toilet, tub and sink in the master bath except for wiping the counter top and dusting. The mirror was not wiped and the light fixture above the mirror still has cob webs and dust. Towel bars and toilet paper holder not wiped nor was anything that was on the countertop like a glass jar holding cotton balls etc. My husbands office was not throughly cleaned, just furniture was dusted but they did dust the front and sides! Trash can lid was not wiped, nor the lamps or shades cleaned. In the living room I have glass tables with metal frames, the glass was cleaned but not the frames, they are still dusty. I could go on but suffice it to say that I paid $410.00 for a deep clean but feel like I did not even get a thorough regular cleaning.Michelle from the office did call me the next day to see if I was satisfied and I told her the truth. She was very sincere and apologetic and offered to send them back to redo but I told her that was not possible as my husband started a new chemo that day and did not need to be disturbed. This is the 1st review I have ever been compelled to write and needless to say we are on a fixed income and are very unhappy with the level of clean they provided for that amount of money.

Your Clean Break is the best customer experience I've had thus far. They were timely, they dressed professionally, and had eco-friendly products. I originally signed up for a one time cleaning, but I will definitely be using them for my recurring cleaning.

This company was the best. They had great professional service. The gentlemen who came to clean my house were respectful young men. They made sure I knew exactly what I was getting before they started cleaning. They cleaned quickly and when we went over at the end they told me about the other services they offer. I really enjoyed having them clean. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
