- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Solutions to Fit Your Budget We will work with you to ensure that you can achieve your landscaping goals AND stay within your desired budget. All of our projects are planned, outlined, and budgeted for your review first. There is no guesswork involved. You will know exactly what your final bill will be before we break any ground.. We are very easy to work with. We accept CashApp, Venmo , Zelle, PayPal & Square -(client pays fee) & cash. We do not accepted checks. Payment is due at time of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'd be happy offer an onsite estimate regarding lawn care. IF you aren't sure of the size or if there is something unusual needing to be done. Most clients are scheduled reoccurring every 1 to 2 weeks. We want long term relationships with our customers. We like to meet face to face to learn about what the customer wants done. We look over the job and give the best price possible. We answer/ address any questions or concerns you might have. Learn about what they want the final product to be. We explain the process, agree on a price, and then assure the customer that they can have peace of mind that we will take care of their property as if it is our own own. We then complete the project and ask the customer if they are satisfied with the work and if there is anything else we can address for them. Our focus is customer satisfaction.

We've done lawn care most of our lives. We are well versed in using our equipment & chemicals. We work hard, professionally & efficiently. We take pride in what we do. We're constantly learning, researching & reviewing new ideas.
