Introduction: I don't give you a generalized workout. I customize it to fit your needs and any limitation (arthritis, bad knees or joints, low/high blood pressure, etc). I make sure your posture is correct and that you are pushing your muscles enough to tone and build, but are still able to move the next day! The people, of course!

My name is kendra, I'm 39yr old mother of two..2 and 5 yr. old boys and a wife. I have a busy schedule as you can image. I started working out with Jodi in May 2015. She has help me loses inches and tone my body. I wore a size 10/12 and now I'm in a solid 8. Jodi gives me a 30 minute rigorous work out twice a week and it's the bomb!!! She is so great at what she does. She meets her clients on their level and helps elevate your strength and endurance. She consults with me on new healthy eating choices and how it will benefit more when i work out. My family and coworkers are even complimenting on my new figure. Jodi pushes me to reach my potential.   • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I was a competitive gymnast when I was in middle school, got my black belt in tae kwon do right after high school, and started training in ballet and modern dance after that. I've been around the fitness industry for a long time and have always given exercise and nutrition advice to people around me. I decided to do this professionally after I dropped my pregnancy weight successfully after changing my workouts to reflect the latest trials and research. Seeing folks remain unhealthy even while being gym members, endlessly walking or running on the treadmill, makes me upset that so much wrong information is still being taught and followed. I want to bring right information so that people become healthy and remain healthy.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    That you don't have to spend an hour in the gym, slogging away on the treadmill or kill yourself in the spin classes. It's not about how long you workout. It's about how smart you workout.
