Pricing may vary according to frequency of sessions but you'll definitely get the most bang for your buck!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On day one I put my clients through a fitness assessment to distinguish what type of workout they should begin with. This test will help me find a target heart rate and show me the clients strengths and weaknesses. I also sit with the client and discuss the best meal plan to begin with as far as counting macros.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm constantly studying NASM material and new techniques that are entering the field so I stay updated on the latest innovations. My sporting background as an All American football player in college has allowed me to work with the best strength trainers and nutritionist in the country.
