- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Depending on the trip, I usually provide my customers with a complimentary consultation. The basic charge is $25 for a quote and it can sometimes be used towards the first deposit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process of having my clients fill out a Travel Request form or a brief phone consultation to capture all of their information about their trip. After I have all the facts, I begin my searches to find the best quotes possible within their budget while working with my wholesale suppliers. Quotes can sometimes take up to 48 hours or longer depending on the request. I just that my patients be patient. If I work with a large group it can sometimes take longer because hotels usually have to get back to me after they check their inventory.
