- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This week, Grace Connection offers the first 60 minutes free to all first-time clients. Our first Session is usually two hours. This discount brings the sessions to cost only $85.00. This unbeatable cost of $85.00 is also to help clients who are not using insurance. We have kept this price for many clients even after the first sessions, conditions applied. We are able to afford this unbeatable price because a faith-based organization provides a subvention to this service. We accept Credit and Debit cards PayPal, cash or checks for our discounted price of 85.00 per sessions as well. First meeting: $85.00 for 60 minutes.Because the first 60 Minutes are Free. the meetings offer two sessions. Only thre first is Free with the condition that the client does two sessions at our first meeting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the initial free consultation, the customers always want to take the second session. Once in our office and first and foremost I show them my credentials to build the confidence needed. I answer all the questions my new clients may have about the counseling process. I then administer some psychological test to diagnose personality type and other individuality of my clients. And I propose a therapeutic plan to them. At this point, most of them also get the usual discounted price of only $85 .00. I recognize that choosing a therapist is an important decision so I still allow room for a referral if necessary. That has not happened yet so far.
