- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices may vary depending on type of job, number of pros needed to complete the job, and job location. Discounts are given to repeat customers at time of payment. Other promotions will be posted in the projects section throughout the season. Dates and exclusions may apply.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do intake to discuss specifications of what needs to be cleaned, where the problem areas are, and how often services are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ive held hospitality and customer service positions for the past 10 years. . Combining my range of experience with a business degree, I sought to create a business that stands on core values of integrity, growth, diligence, and strong work ethics.
