We have hired Francisco and the team to move a sewage line and install a dehumidifier in our utility closet. The project included just moving the utilities and the framing.
We are more than happy with the work done and we will gladly hire him again.

Francisco and his team did a great job on our bathroom shower remodel. Very knowledgeable, customer service oriented, and skilled craftsmen who took the time to do the job right! He also fixed our tub faucet and sprayer issue and updated our drain hardware. I would recommend him to anyone who wants their bathroom remodel to be excellent. See the before and after pics.

Francisco has been great from the very start. He was able to begin our bathroom project right away and his crew has been exemplary. They even fixed one of my other toilets while in the middle of our remodeling project which had an unexpected issue over something I did to it. I would definitely recommend them very highly.

I needed help getting rid of a huge pile of bamboo. They broke it all down and loaded it all up in short order. Communication and punctuality was great. Thanks so much!

Francisco is a life saver! I had major water damage impacting two whole floors of my house, and needed a number of things done quickly. Very responsive, he and his team finished the demo another company didn't complete, and even hauled off all the junk (nearly two truck loads!). Lamenting that I had to move everything out of my house before repairs could begin, he offered his crew to knock that out too and at a very reasonable price, and had that done only a few days later. Already lined him up for more repair work. Very friendly, transparent on pricing, reasonable, hard-working, communicative. This is my first time using Thumbtack, and Francisco/Universe Remodeling is a winner.
