- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is everyday based. All services require a non-refundable deposit and all discounts are given through discount cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually make conversation by asking them simple friendly questions without crossing the “ nosey rosey “ boundary. I also do a consultation to see what skin type they may have or if they’re allergic to any products. All new customers sign a consent form which gives me permission to do their makeup.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing makeup in middle school transitioning into high school. I was bullied as a teenager because I didn’t have the best skin or didn’t have the confidence like others. I picked up my first mascara brush one day. After that, my life changed forever.
