My experience in working with Mr. Lee has been GREAT! I relocated from ATL to the DC area in June of 2012. I interviewed 2 property management companies and was not overly impressed with either one of them. I had an investment property in ATL and did not think those managers would be able to give me or my potential renters what they needed. I posted on FB that I was in need of a property manager and was referred to Mr. Lee. I felt at ease with him and worked with him on finding a renter. Mr. Lee found renters in less than a months time and also got a rent amount that the other property managers felt was not achievable. The tenants have been in place since July 2012 and I have had no issues at all. No late rent payments and any maintenance issues are quickly addresses thanks to Mr. Lee. I was impressed that the tenants paid on time and decided to let Mr. Lee manage my other property. Although those tenants paid the rent the payments were late most times. Since Mr. Lee started managing that property, those tenants have not paid late. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Lee. His work is outstanding.

As a Property Manager, Tawana is one of the homeowners that I really enjoy working with and I appreciate her honesty and her candor. And, I think she appreciates mine as well. There have been a couple of occasions when issues arose and she felt that it was her responsibility to address the issue even though it was really the tenant's responsibility. I enjoy working with an owner who has a deep concern for not only her property but also her tenants.

My experience with Mr. Lee was of the utmost pleasure as he is the consummate professional. His ability to discern and then qualify our renter was incredible and then to place someone in the property between Thanksgiving and XMAS....wow is all that needs to be said!

I had the privilege of working with Mr. Lee and he was very knowledgeable about his job, very resourceful, always prepared and one step ahead of the game. He achieved my goal of finding a nice place that I could call "Home" that was in my price range.
Any questions or concerns that I expressed to Mr. Lee were promptly answered and Mr. Lee thoroughly explained the entire home buying process to me. Not only this, but he followed up with my Loan Officer, the listing agent, county representatives, the home inspector as well as the closing attorney´s office to ensure that this home buying process was moving forward without any unforeseen delays.
I referred him to another individual seeking help with finding a home and he was also able to find them a home as well. I love my home, the neighborhood and the community and Mr. Lee made all of this possible for me.
I also used Mr. Lee to rent out and manage a home for me. He found me a qualified tenant who always pay her rent on time and I have not encountered any problems since he started the process of managing my home. I am more than please with the quality of service that I have received for using his services.

Working with Sima was a very easy process. She already knew where she wanted to live and the type of house that she liked. After narrowing down her choices of the two homes she wanted to purchase, I just presented to her the advantages and disadvantages of both choices. This made her decision much easier and the home buying process smoother. It was a pleasure working with her.
