- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are require by the Georgia Real Estate Commission to complete at least 24 hours of continuing education for each four year renewal period. I believe knowledge is power and education is supreme. I exceed the minimum requirement each renewal period because it is not uncommon for me to take a seminar, webinar or attend a workshop on the current trends, market and forecast to stay on top of the market.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a small child, I dreamt of being in real estate when I grew up - other classmates, wanted to be doctors, nurses, teachers and attorneys. I always knew the real estate industry was for me. Early on in my career, I decided on property management. I am a people person and a problem solver. My strength is in building long lasting relationships. This is one of the keys to success in property management.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I am a full service property management company. I offer real time reporting to my customers and tenants. My customers will receive real time requests, responses and reporting. Monthly rental payments can be issue by checks or epayments. Customers and their tenants can log on 24/7. I will handle the marketing, application process, preparation of lease/move inspection, collection of rent/epayments, work order requests, turnkey jobs, renovations, remodeling, court appearances and evictions.
