Arc Detectives Electrical, LLC is the absolute company that you want to call if you have any electrical needs. They are professional, timely, and explain everything that they are doing in a way that you can understand. All communications in cost are discussed up front so there are no surprises. They are very considerate of your home. They place booties on their shoes and make sure to clean up and vacuum up after themselves after the work is done. We just moved in so we have a lot of service providers in and out of our home as of late. Arc Detectives are by far the most considerate of our property. Prices are very reasonable, and are honest in their assessments. We wanted to add another flood light and they quickly explained how to do that without using them and breaking the bank. Highly recommended and we will definitely be calling them for all of our electrical needs.

Craig and Austin did a fantastic job. We had some serious and dangerous electrical issues that were explained and repaired without delay. During the repair we needed electricity for some sensitive equipment and Craig provided electricity for this equipment during this time. The service was provided in a friendly professional manner. We enjoyed interacting with Craig the two days he was here working, and Austin is one of the most polite young man that we have met in a long time. We were comfortable having both men in our home, and would have no problem with either of them providing services in our home in our absence. Thank you for making our home safe.Another fabulous job completed. Installed our home generator setup, explained and demonstrated how to connect and use our portable genertor. As always, on time, friendly, professional, and reasonably price.
