- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm "shooting" for an excellent customer experience on each job I complete. While pricing is a part of the experience, I'm more interested in delivering value and satisfaction.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know you and what you want to see in your images 10 or 20 years from now. As we say "nothing ages better than a photo of today". Using that as a guide, we start with an interview around the type of photos, location and style you want to see. Then we plan out our shoot to make sure we use our time most efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've worked in the news business as a photographer, dark room manager and Sports Editor / Columnist. I've been fortunate to photograph major events from Nascar and NCAA Football to corporate events and weddings. For over 40 years I've delivered a strong work ethic and dedication to customer satisfaction to each job I've done.
