  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Monthly management fee is 8% or $100 whichever one is greater. Tenant locator fee equates to first months rent. This fee is only assessed if there is no tenant currently occupying the property. Annual renewal fee is when a tenant is renewed for another year to rent your property and is assessed at half of monthly rent annually.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Our on boarding process is very easy and simple. We either party agree to take on the property, we do an assessment of the property to determine if we will take on the property to manage. Once an agreement is made, an owners manual is issued to the owner that outlines what the management company will do while managing the property. We also complete an market analysis of the property to determine what the going rent is in the area and how we can maximize the amount of rent to charge the tenant.
