Made an appointment. Janice was ready upon my arrival, and prepared my business taxes right then and there! (I'm used to leaving them and getting multiple calls with questions!) 30 minutes later, I walked out with a refund. She charged me $550 LESS than I've been paying for years! OH why couldn't I have found you YEARS ago Janice?!?!?! ♥♥♥
